What is Sports Experts/Atmosphere return policy?

The following return policy applies only to purchases made online at sportsexperts.ca. If you have made a purchase at one of our Sports Experts stores in Canada or Atmosphere stores in Quebec, please refer to the Store Return Policy.

  • Refund

It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of your  electronic receipt , to refund any new and unused merchandise in its original packaging, within 15 days following the receipt of your Sports Experts / Atmosphere order confirmation email, at any Sports Experts or Intersport store in Canada or Atmosphere store in Quebec only, or directly at our Sports Experts / Atmosphere distribution centre. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. All shipping and oversize product fees that may have been charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

If you choose to return merchandise to our warehouse, please refer to the Return Instructions.    The postmark on the return package will be considered the return date. Sports Experts and Atmosphere are not responsible for shipping, handling, packaging or any other potential fees incurred as a result of products returned to our distribution centre.

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged: swimsuits, biking shorts, undergarments, sport bras, socks, athletic supports and mouth guards.

For security reasons there are no refunds or exchanges on climbing equipment with certification such as: carabiners and connectors, straps, pads, ropes, harnesses, slings, quickdraws and belay devices.

  • Exchanges

It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of your  electronic receipt , to exchange any new and unused merchandise in its original packaging, within 30 days following the receipt of your Sports Experts / Atmosphere order confirmation email, at any Sports Experts or Intersport store in Canada or Atmosphere store in Quebec only. Exchanges will not be possible directly through our Sports Experts / Atmosphere distribution centre.

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged: swimsuits, biking shorts, undergarments, sport bras, socks, athletic supports and mouth guards.

If I have selected the ‘Pick-up in store’ option, do I have return the product to the same store?

Absolutely not. You are welcome to return your online order at any Sports Experts or Intersport store in Canada or Atmosphere store in Quebec only, or at our distribution centre. For additional information on returns, please refer to our Return Policy. 

Do I need a receipt to complete a refund or exchange?

In order to ensure the correct amount is refunded, a receipt is required. Fortunately, there are two ways to access it: 1) an electronic receipt will be emailed to the email address used during checkout and 2) if the order was completed with an account, then the order information and a copy of the electronic receipt are always accessible within My Account at sportsexperts.ca. If you are still experiencing problems obtaining a copy of your receipt, please contact one of our Customer Service agents at 1-844-680-2070 or at either service.sportsexperts@fglsports.com or service.atmospherefr@fglsports.com.

What should I do if I receive my order and a product is damaged?

We will do our best to keep this from happening, but in the event something should be received damaged, please contact one of our Customer Service agents at 1-844-680-2070 or either at service.sportsexperts@fglsports.com or service.atmospherefr@fglsports.com.
