Finding an Order Status

The status of an order is supplied by sportsexperts.ca. It represents the progress of an order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse.

The status of an order is easy to find:

  • Visit the website. If an account was created prior to the purchase at sportsexperts.ca, it is possible to find the order status at any time in My Account. Information about open orders, tracking, and past orders is also available.
  • Contact us. Still have questions about an order? Please contact our Customer Service Department at either service.sportsexperts@fglsports.com or service.atmospherefr@fglsports.com or at 1-844-680-2070.

Below are the different types of order statuses that may appear in My Account:

In progress: Order is marked In Progress as soon as it is created.
Completed:
            - Ship to home: Order is marked Completed once it is shipped from the Sports Experts / Atmosphere warehouse.
            - Pickup in store: Order is marked Completed when the store you have previously selected has completed the order.                        
Cancelled

Tracking an Order

Any package leaving the warehouse is assigned a tracking number, which will be included in the order confirmation email along with the official electronic receipt. The tracking number will also be accessible in My Account, if an account has been created.

NOTE: Even though the package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to the shipping destination, the carrier may not be able to provide any tracking information for up to 24 hours. Tracking availability may vary depending on the item(s) purchased and the carrier that is delivering the item(s).

The tracking number is easy to find:

  • On the website. If an account was created prior to the purchase at sportsexperts.ca, it is possible to find the tracking number at any time in My Account.
