RETURN POLICY - ONLINE PURCHASES

Refunds

It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of your electronic receipt, to refund any new and unused merchandise in its original packaging, within 15 days following receipt of the email confirming your order’s tracking information (for ‘delivery’ orders) or the email confirming your order is ready to pick up (for ‘in-store pick up’ orders). Orders can be refunded at any Sports Experts store in Canada or Atmosphere store in Quebec only, or directly at our Sports Experts / Atmosphere distribution centre using the enclosed pre-paid return bill of lading (see below for more details). All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. All shipping and oversize product fees that may have been charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges (in-store only)

It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of your electronic receipt, to exchange any new and unused merchandise in its original packaging, within 30 days following receipt of the email confirming your order’s tracking information (for ‘delivery’ orders) or the email confirming your order is ready to pick up (for ‘in-store pick up’ orders). Orders can be exchanged in-store at any Sports Experts store in Canada or Atmosphere store in Quebec only. Exchanges will not be possible directly through our Sports Experts / Atmosphere distribution centre.

IMPORTANT: Exclusions and Exceptions

For hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged: jock straps, mouth protectors and facial coverings / masks. Additionally, socks, swimsuits, undergarments, sports bras, biking shorts and headphonesmay not be refunded or exchanged  unless you have chosen ‘Pickup in-store’ and have tried the items on in the store while picking up your order. No return or exchange will be allowed if you leave without trying the products. For safety reasons, no returns will be accepted on climbing equipment with certification such as: carabiners and connectors, straps, pads, ropes, harnesses, slings, quickdraws and belay devices.

Procedure to return merchandise to the distribution centre:

  1. Pack the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging in the shipping box along with all instructions, parts and accessories.
  2. Adhere the preprinted return label on to the exterior of the package. Be sure to remove any other labels or addresses written on the box to avoid confusion.
  3. Drop the package off at any Canada Post retail post office or mailbox.You won't have to pay anything, the postage is prepaid.

That’s all!

The date on the postal stamp on the return package will be considered as the return date. All refunds will be done through the same method of payment as the initial purchase. Merchandise returned to the Distribution Centre will be reimbursed to the account of the person who made the original purchase.
