ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN POLICY

The following return policy applies only to purchases made online. If you have made a purchase in store, please refer to the Store Purchases Return Policy.

Return and refund by mail

The refund of an online purchase can take 2 to 3 weeks when a return is made by mail. Exchanges can only be done in store. Please refer to our In-store return and exchange section.

Return your new, unused and unworn items in their original packaging by mail using the return label included in your package.

Be sure to return each package with its corresponding return label.

If the returned item is not in new, unused or unworn condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the refund. Therefore, the item will be shipped back to you.

What products are excluded?

  • Jock straps, mouth protectors and facial coverings / masks. Additionally, socks, swimsuits, undergarments, sports bras, biking shorts and headphones.
  • Certified climbing equipment, such as carabiners and connectors, slings, protections, ropes, harnesses, quickdraws, safety and belay devices.

What is the time limit for a return?

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item in order to obtain a refund (see details below).

What is the processing time?

  • 2 to 3 weeks is required to process the return.
  • The refunded amount will appear on your statement within 7 business days.

What are the return fees?

  • A return processing fee of $10.00 plus tax will be deducted from the refund when choosing this method.
  • The delivery fee of $8.00 plus tax and additional fees paid for oversized products are not refundable.

How do I return an online purchase by mail?

Prepare your parcel

Pack the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging in the shipping box or bag along with all instructions, parts and accessories.

Apply the return label

A prepaid Canada Post return label is included in your package to facilitate your returns. Stick the return label to the outside of the shipping box or bag. Be sure to remove any other labels or addresses written on the package to avoid confusion.

If you return a pair of shoes, please do not apply the return label directly on the shoe box or closing it with an adhesive tape. If you do so, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the refund. Therefore, the item will be shipped back to you.

Send your parcel

Drop the package off at any Canada Post retail post office or mailbox. The postage is prepaid so you won’t have to pay anything at the post office, however, return processing fees of $10.00 will be deducted from your reimbursement. That’s all!

Keep an eye on your email inbox

You will receive an email notification when your refund is completed. The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.

How can I do an exchange by mail?

Exchanges can only be done in store. Please refer to the In-store return and exchange section.

If you return an item by mail, no exchange will be possible for that item.

Can I return something that I bought on sale?

Yes, it is possible to return an item that was purchased at a discount or on clearance while respecting our return policy.


In-store return and exchange

It is possible to exchange or return products purchased online in one of our Sports Experts and Atmosphere stores. Exchanges can only be done in store.

Return any new, unused and unworn item purchased online or in store in its original packaging, with your receipt, to any Sports Experts and Atmosphere store near you.

If the returned item is not in new, unused or unworn condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the refund.

How are refunds processed in store?

Upon presentation of your electronic receipt, we will refund any new, unused and unworn item purchased online within 15 days of receiving the email with tracking information (for “Regular Delivery” orders) or the email confirming that your order is ready for pickup (for “Store Pickup” orders).

What is the refund processing time?

No delay.

How can I make an exchange in store?

Upon presentation of your electronic receipt, we will exchange any new, unused and unworn item purchased online at any Sports Experts store in Canada or Atmosphere store in Quebec.

An exchange is possible within 30 days of receiving the email with your tracking information (for “Regular Delivery” orders) or the email confirming that your order is ready for pickup (for “Store Pickup” orders).

We recommend contacting a store to confirm availability of an item before your visit. Store inventory is updated every hour on our website. For this reason, there may be discrepancies during store hours. Also, note that inventory may vary from one store to another.


Warranties

For online orders and store purchases: please visit a Sports Experts and Atmosphere store near you to inquire about our suppliers’ warranty policy.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use and accidental breakage. Hockey stick breakage during normal use will be subject to the manufacturer’s limited 30-day warranty (only in Sports Experts stores in Canada).
