In case of a refund or exchange, the promotional card must be returned to the store at the time of the refund or exchange, in accordance with our return policy. If the promotional card is returned, the store will proceed with the refund transaction and will deduct, if applicable, an amount corresponding to the portion already used of the promotional card.
