Its Z-Strap cinch system and adjustable neoprene shoulder straps create a customizable fit. Reflective trims on the shoulders and a tethered whistle will ensure safety on the water and the front tunnel pocket will help to keep the chill off your hands. The Vibe personal flotation device is approved for Harmonized Level 70 in the USA and Canada. It meets the minimum life vest buoyancy of 15.7 lb. And this PFD is approved by Transport Canada standards.
