Sports Experts ® Contest “ Get a chance to win a pair of tickets to the next Montreal Alouettes home game with Sports Experts! ” (the “Contest”) - Official Rules and Regulations
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER INTO THE CONTEST OR WIN THE PRIZE. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER ENTRANT IS PERMITTED.
The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to the Contest Sponsor (defined below) and not to Instagram. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Contest and in accordance with the Contest Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available on the Sports Experts ® Website (the “Site”). Instagram is completely released from all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Contest Sponsor and not to Instagram.
Contest Sponsor :
The Contest is sponsored by FGL Sports Ltd. (the "Contest Sponsor”).
Contest Period:
The Contest begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET” ) on July 22 nd , 2026 and ends at 10 :00 AM ET on July 24 th , 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries received after the expiration of the Contest Period will not be eligible to participate in the Contest. The sole determinant of the date/time for the purposes of a valid entry for the Contest Period will be the server machine(s) used by the Contest Sponsor for the purpose of the Contest.
Who Can Enter:
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the Province of Quebec who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. You are not eligible to enter if you are (or you live with) an employee, officer, director, representative, agent, consultant or prize supplier of the Contest Sponsor or its respective affiliates, licensees, franchisees or subsidiaries (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"). Contest Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the potential winner.
How to Enter:
There is no purchase necessary to enter. To enter the Contest and be eligible to win the Prize (described below), you must during the Contest Period:
Each entrant certifies and represents that any comment he/she submits for the purpose of the Contest will respect the following "submission criteria":
IN ADDITION, BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT, WHETHER OR NOT CHOSEN AS THE WINNER: (I) GRANTS TO THE CONTEST SPONSOR IN PERPETUITY A NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO PUBLISH, DISPLAY, REPRODUCE, MODIFY, EDIT, TRANSLATE OR USE IN ANY OTHER WAY, THE COMMENT, IN WHOLE OR IN PART FOR ANY REASON; (II) WAIVES ALL MORAL RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF THE COMMENT FOR THE CONTEST SPONSOR; AND (III) AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD THE RELEASED PARTIES (AS DEFINED BELOW) FREE FROM ANY LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIM BASED ON ALLEGATIONS OF DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY, VIOLATION OF COPYRIGHT, VIOLATION OF A TRADEMARK OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION RELATING TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. IN ADDITION, BY SUBMITTING A COMMENT, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE CONTEST SPONSOR HAS THE RIGHT BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION, TO POST, WITHOUT COMPENSATION OR NOTICE, SUCH COMMENT, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, AS IT IS OR AS IT MAY BE REVISED, AS WELL AS THE ENTRANT'S NAME, CITY AND PHOTOGRAPH OR LIKENESS ON THE SITE, THE SE INSTAGRAM, IN BOOKLETS OR PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, ADVERTISING MATERIALS ON POINT OF SALE, PROMOTIONAL EMAILS, OR OTHER PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS DISTRIBUTED IN THE SPORTS EXPERTS ® STORES AND OTHER MEDIA ONLINE, BROADCAST OR PRINT, AS CHOSEN BY THE CONTEST SPONSOR AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
By submitting an entry into the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations, a copy of which is available online on the Site at https://www.sportsexperts.ca/en-CA/all-legal-pages/contest-alouettes .
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify from the Contest any comment or entrant that the Contest Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, violates the requirements of these Official Rules and Regulations. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to filter first all comments and reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, edit, translate or remove any comment submitted to the Contest, or to request an entrant to modify or edit a comment so that it complies with these Official Rules and Regulations, or for any other reason, whatsoever. Any comment not complying with these Official Rules and Regulations will be disqualified and the entrant who submitted such comment will not be eligible to win the Prize (defined below).
Limit of one (1) entry per entrant during the Contest Period, regardless of the number of Instagram accounts held by an entrant. If the Contest Sponsor discovers that an entrant has attempted to submit more than one entry during the Contest Period, then, in its sole and absolute discretion, this entrant may be disqualified from the Contest and all the entries of this entrant may also be subject to disqualification by the Contest Sponsor. Use of any automated, script, macro, robotic or other program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in this Contest is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification by the Contest Sponsor. All entries are subject to verification. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Contest Sponsor) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof in a timely manner may result in disqualification.
Chances of Winning :
The chances of winning the Prize (described below) will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received on the SE Instagram during the Contest Period.
Prize :
There is one (1) prize (the "Prize") to be awarded in the Contest consisting of:
The Prize has an approximate total value of $529.98. The Prize is non-transferable except by the Contest Sponsor. The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The Prize cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash; however, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or any component thereof with another prize/component of equal or greater value.
Draw :
The potential winner will be drawn on July 24 th , 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“E T”) among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period on the Contest post on the SE Instagram page. The draw will take place in Laval, Province of Quebec. Within twenty-four (24) hours following the date of the draw, the potential winner will be contacted through the private messaging of their personal Instagram account to be informed that he/she is eligible to win the Prize (the “Prize Notification”). If the potential winner fails to respond or act on the Prize Notification within twenty-four (24) hours or does not comply with these Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified, and another potential winner will be chosen at random. Any return of a Prize Notification that could not be issued may result in disqualification and another possible winner may be drawn.
How to Win :
To be declared as the winner of the Contest and recipient of the Prize, the potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and will be required to complete and sign a Publicity Release and Prize Acceptance Form as requested by the Contest Sponsor. The potential winner may also be required to submit valid proof of identity. If the potential winner is unable to provide valid proof of identity, he/she may, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor, be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected by random draw.
Disclaimer and Liability Exclusion :
The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing or posting of the offer or Official Rules and Regulations, the selection and announcement of the winner, or the distribution of any prize.
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Official Rules and Regulations) in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules and Regulations. The Contest Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Official Rules and Regulations, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason, and shall have no liability to anyone, including entrants, for the cancellation or termination of the Contest.
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees that the Promotion Entities shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize awarded and entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, and each of their respective successors, assigns, agents, employees, representatives, officers, directors or shareholders (collectively the "Released Parties"), for all claims or damages arising out of their participation in the Contest and they agree that they will take no action against the Released Parties or any entities that may claim contribution or indemnity from the Promotion Entities, for any loss or damage resulting from the entrant’s participation in the Contest, and if the winner, his/her acceptance, possession or use of the prize.
The Released Parties will also not be liable for any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the SE Instagram, the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; for the failure of an entry to be received by the Contest Sponsor for any reason including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website including the Site, the SE Instagram; or any combination of the above.
In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account submitted at the time of entry. An entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the selected entry.
Publicity :
By entering the Contest, the potential winner authorizes the Contest Sponsor to broadcast, publish and disseminate his/her name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and/or voice, in connection with any further publicity carried out in connection with this Contest including, but not limited to, on the Site or the SE Instagram account, without additional compensation nor prior notice.
Privacy :
The personal information you are providing to enter the Contest will be (i) collected by the Contest Sponsor, (ii) used only to administer the Contest, contact the potential winner to notify him/her that he/she is eligible to win the Prize and to verify his/her eligibility and (iii) accessible only to those employees of the Promotion Entities directly involved in the Contest and will not be disclosed to other persons.

General Conditions :
The Contest is managed by the Contest Sponsor. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. As a condition of participating in the Contest, to the fullest extent permissible by law, each entrant agrees that any dispute or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action proceeding, and exclusively before a court of the judicial district of Montreal, Province of Quebec and that the court shall apply the laws of the Province of Quebec, applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. Further, each entrant agrees to waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including legal costs or lawyers’ fees, other than the entrant’s out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Contest.
CAUTION: Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to immediately disqualify the person from the Contest, without any burden of proof of an actual attempt to undermine and to seek damages or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In case of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these Rules and Regulations, the French version shall prevail. En cas de divergence entre les versions française et anglaise du présent règlement officiel, la version française aura préséance. Further, in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the French version of these Rules and Regulations and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to: point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of the French version of these Rules and Regulations shall prevail, govern and control.
