This personal flotation device comes with a zippered front entry and deep V-neck design featuring large shoulder openings for freedom of movement when your kid is canoeing, kayaking or SUPing. Reflective trims on the shoulders and a tethered whistle will ensure your kid's safety on the water. The Reflex Youth personal flotation device is approved for Harmonized Level 70 in the USA and Canada. It meets the minimum life vest buoyancy of 15.7 lb. And this PFD is approved by Transport Canada standards.
